PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

Client Technology Communication is a unit within the IT Services organization. The IT team is a key enabler for SAP to become a true Run Simple company for our employees and customers. We are looking for a dynamic, well organized, enthusiastic Working Student to provide communications support to the Project Managers and Team.

Desired profile

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

·  Plan, coordinate, execute, and monitor internal communication activities
·  Create and publish internal blogs, posters, and other communication assets to sustain employees’ awareness on IT topics
·  Maintain and engage the internal online community
·  Organize and facilitate meetings (internal team & external customer/vendor/partner) and coordinates conference logistics as required
·  Writes meeting minutes and follows up on action items
·  Assist the Project Leads in the preparation of presentation materials
·  Prepare/administer complex (activity/expense) reports, projects, documentation and correspondence which may also require collecting, organizing, and analyzing data

 

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

·  Student (f/m) at a university or a university of applied sciences
·  Excellent written and spoken business communications skills in English and German, ability to communicate well with internal stakeholders
·  Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
·  Creativity combined with a sense for priorities and urgency
·  Ability and willingness to work in a global organization
·  Open-minded and highly motivated person
