PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

The Innovation Control Center (ICC) is a unit within Business Innovation & IT which enables the organization to avoid unnecessary custom code (Custom Code Management), validate integration projects (Test Management) and prepare for smooth operations to Operations Control Center (Release & Deployment, Change and Transport Management) while providing tools, methods, guidelines and standards and continuously improvement with Innovation Fitness.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

The student (f/m) would join a highly engaged team in a global environment and work in close cooperation with our experts in the ICC areas Test Management, Change and Release Management.

The students (f/m) will ...

·  be assisting the head of the ICC
·  support with all kind of tasks across our topics
·  help out with communication and create own ideas on new topics
·  create training material and other materials for the department
·  assist in project management activities e.g. planning, testing, executing

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

·  Student (f/m) at a university or a university of applied sciences
·  All fields of study are equally preferred
·  Computer skills: very good knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
·  Language skills: Fluent in German and English (spoken and written) is mandatory
·  Soft skills: highly motivated, proactive, well organized; good communication skills
