PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The working student is responsible for administrative support of the Recruitment Operations Team DACH. Cooperation with other team members is essential to ensure a smooth end to end hiring process.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
· Creation and publishing of job postings on internal career portal as well as on all external websites
· Dealing with general enquires related to recruiting process in an efficient and professional manner
· Interview scheduling
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
We are looking for a motivated student who is confident in working with virtual teams with the following profile:
· Student (f/m) at university or university of applied sciences
· Preferred field(s) of study: HR, Business, Communications or related field
· Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
· Advanced written and spoken English and German language skills
· Strong organizational skills
