PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

 

SAP's global Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) organization in the Board area Finance & Administration consolidates the policies, processes, communication, reporting, and organizational structures of all GRC-related activities. The integrated GRC function focuses on increasing the added business value of governance, risk, and compliance processes at SAP through the utilization of synergies and high-quality business services. The GRC mandate includes Enterprise Risk Management and Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) compliance.

Within GRC the SOX central team is responsible for ensuring SOX 404 Compliance of SAP globally. In addition the SOX central team also consults various business stakeholders in order to define internal control- landscapes and SOX processes. Being a member of GRC’s SOX central team you will work mainly on SAP’s Internal Control System within an international environment, collaborating with colleagues across the globe. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to support key-projects to leverage and develop your expertise and professional knowledge, like e.g. in redefining business processes based on S4/HANA in clouds.

·  Support SOX central team in maintaining and defining SAP’s Internal Controls System
·  Work on ad-hoc tasks such as supporting various projects and the management
·  Being a good team player, motivated, well-structured, independent, self-confident and proactive
·  Ensure that goals and milestones are met on time and quality

 

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

 

·  Student (f/m) at a university or a university of applied sciences
·  Preferred fields of study: Accounting/Finance, Business Administration, MBA, Computer Science     
·  Computer skills: MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, Knowledge of GRC Tool is a plus
·  Language skills: Fluent in English, second language is a plus
·  Others: Project- and process-change-management skills preferred
