PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

The Global Contract Management Services Team (GCMS) is responsible for process improvements in the area of the contract management and to provide tools supporting those processes for more efficiency.

　

GCMS Team implements and improves tools to help increasing efficiency in Contract Management:

CMS , Contract Management Solution, is SAP's internal　tool to create and manage contracts. It is an integrated and automated solution that reduces the time to create a contract by eliminating duplication and by leveraging standardized contract templates　and processes. CMS is a central source for executed contracts, offers easy access and easier reporting of contract details.

TMS DOC is a Document Management Solution that allows us to store, manage and track our contract templates (word documents):

in a single repository through a controlled but flexible process alongside a transparent template lifecycle – with insights into pipelines and responsibilities

　

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

Support the team in testing, documenting, data migration, providing end user training and the supporting materials, project tasks etc.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

·  Student (f/m) at a university or a university of applied sciences with preferred field(s) of study: Business Economics or Law
·  Computer skills: Word, Excel, PPT, HTML
·  Language skills: fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
·  Soft skills: good Communicative skills and proactive
