As the second global innovation center of SAP, Nanjing Innovation Center is the new location SAP pledging a strategic long-term commitment to setup a new driving force for future innovations in China for China and for global. Nanjing Innovation Center with no doubt is an important part of SAP innovation strategy in China, driving technology innovation via customer/partner innovations, building new solutions leveraging SAP state-of-art technologies as complements to SAP portfolio, leading the concrete practices in both administrative users oriented analytics/apps and/or consumer applications. As a key player in SAP innovation strategy and growth plan in China, we are attracting top talents in many key technology areas. Currently the team focuses on in-memory computing, big data processing, high performance analytical computing, distributed and parallel computing, algorithm development, and extreme applications as well as joint research projects with leading universities in China.

Location : Shanghai

Work Schedule : Full time with duration of six months or longer

Starting time : ASAP

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

· 
Provide innovative ideas to simplify the business process which makes it easy to use

· 
Provide innovative ideas to view of big data in a simplified and attractive way

· 
Interpret business requirements into effective UI specifications

· 
Design and conduct user experience research

· 
Communicate effectively within UX team, product owner and development team to deliver better solution

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

· 
University Students, preferably in Arts, Psychology, Computer Human Interaction, Industrial Design, or other closely related disciplines

· 
Experience in translating user data and human-factors principles into UI designs via prototypes, and detailed UI reviews/ specifications is a plus

· 
Experience with developing user profiles, use cases, and scenarios is a plus

· 
Excellent English communication in verbal and written is a plus

· 
Ability to communicate/collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team
