PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

Here at SAP, Human Resources plays a vital role in supporting our business’s journey towards becoming the number one Innovative Cloud Company powered by SAP HANA. This one-year program in HR provides you with the appropriate training and experience to help catapult you into a successful career in HR. Over the course of three rotations (one of which will be with an international SAP subsidiary!), you will join global teams across our HR organization working on topics including, but not limited to, Talent Acquisition, HR Strategy, HR Service Delivery, HR Analytics, Talent Management, etc. You will learn the basics, and much more, required to become an HR generalist.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

·  We are looking for fast-learners with strong interpersonal skills and a self-starter, ‘can-do’ attitude. This program will require the ability to adapt to a quickly changing environment, flexibility, and multi-tasking. You are expected to move into different roles as required and to be comfortable working with ambiguity throughout.
·  Your tasks will vary from operational to conceptual, including basic project management, consulting or facilitating as required during the rotation phases.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

·  A first-class Bachelor’s or ideally Master’s degree in an HR-related discipline
·  Excellent communications skills in English and German (must have)
·  Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
·  Creative and innovative thinking
·  Open-mindedness and flexibility
·  Results-oriented problem solving skills and can do/make it happen attitude
·  High service orientation toward internal customers – our SAP employees

WORK EXPERIENCE

· 
Ideally, prior HR experience as an intern or working student with SAP. Around 2 years of professional experience, also outside of SAP.
