PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

 

The young professional will be focusing on recruitment topics for Talent Acquisition CIS as well as supporting a Regional Early Talent Program.

Desired profile

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

 

·  Fill jobs and meet client demand plan via sourcing, active head- hunting, market mapping
·  Effective Time-To-Fill and apply 3X pipeline
·  Job shadowing of effective interview process and then applying it on your own
·  Offer closing skills (offer preparation, admin follow up and closure, reference check)
·  Proactively communicates with Hiring Manager
·  Recruiting Reporting & Metrics and provide updates to client groups
·  Support Graduate Programs hiring (e.g. SAP Presales Academy, Regional programs, internships)
·  Promote Social Media strategy
·  HR Events organization and delivery
·  Administrative and organizational support to ET Program Lead for EMEA&MEE region;
·  Regular updates on ET activities and status with the ET Ambassadors in EMEA&MEE countries;
·  Maintaining the ET Ambassadors data base (Excel & Jam);
·  Regional ET conference calls organization (scheduling, agenda);
·  Support in execution of the regional recognition programs.

 

 

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

 

Undergraduate young talent who is passionate about HR topics

Fluent English, Native Russian

Recruitment experience will be your plus
