**Remote position based anywhere in the U.S.**

This role is part of the SAP Professional Services organization specifically related to supporting SAP Cloud HCM (SuccessFactors) customers. It is the perfect position for a person who is passionate about customer success, solution oriented, resourceful and self-motivated with experience in HR software and business process implementation, who is looking for an opportunity to advance his/her career in consulting with an industry leader.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· 
Expert consulting for SuccessFactors Learning Management Systems modules.

· 
Conduct discovery meeting with customers, conveying effectively the purpose and value of the SAP Cloud HCM (SuccessFactors) solutions

· 
Accountable for day to day work and collaborate with project manager and team members to ensure a successful project outcome

· 
Work independently on smaller pieces of work

· 
Work remotely to implement projects and travel as required for customer on-site visits

· 
Complete implementation projects on time and within budget

· 
Manage the relationship with the customer and be the SAP primary “face' to the customer throughout the implementation process

· 
Educate the customer on employee database and technical requirements

· 
Provide best-practice guidance on customer processes and knowledge on how to leverage the solution to add value to organization

· 
Document and track customer product enhancement requests and discovered product issues.

· 
Provide train-the-trainer, administrative, and reporting training to the customer

· 
Configure solution using xml code and front end support tools to meet customer needs

· 
Participate in weekly customer project team meetings, maintaining 'action items' lists and resolve through to completion

· 
Act as a translator between customer requirements and technical requirements

· 
Document customer business needs, implemented/configured processes, and any unresolved open action-items; deliver this documentation to Customer Support

· 
Create referenceable customer leads by engaging with the customer to provide high levels of customer delight

· 
Master and maintain detailed knowledge of SAP Cloud HCM (SuccessFactors) product-suite configuration options, including reviewing the quarterly release updates

· 
Provide support with scoping requirements and write scoping requirements for the Statement of Work

· 
Actively contribute to the “One” team approach, including supporting others, liaising with other teams within the organization, proactively in the sharing of ideas and best practices with fellow team members and participating in team meetings and activities

Required Skills and Qualification:


· 
Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience

· 
At least 1-2 years of implementing LMS solutions

· 
Strong HR practitioner background/domain knowledge in several fields, with emphasis in general HR and Staffing, including compliance with local, state and federal employment laws.

· 
Experience with managing quality assurance processes for software implementations

· 
Technical understanding of software operating systems and ability to work comfortably with HRIS Engineers

· 
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

· 
Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction, collaboration and self-learning

· 
Knowledge of XML or HTML would be advantageous

· 
Excellent English oral and written communication and presentation skills

· 
Excellent time management and organization skills

· 
Ability to handle multiple projects and assignments with shifting priorities at the same time

· 
Willingness to travel up to 30%

· 
If needed, must have or be able to obtain a valid U.S. Passport, work visa and/or similar documentation required for international travel and have the ability to retain these document(s) as needed for future travel.
