The AIS (Application Innovation Services) department provides high quality maintenance, development support and drives continuous innovation for all standard releases in general availability. Our primary objective is to ensure an efficient and performance operation of SAP software. We provide solutions to our customer’s inquiries and support the digital transformation with deep product and business expertise. 

 

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:

You will become member of international team with experienced and highly motivated colleagues located in several worldwide locations. Your main focus will be handling of customer problems on the level of development support in the area of SAP ERP applications. Besides that, you will have a broad range of tasks to apply and strengthen your programming and product skills. 

 

YOUR TASKS WILL INCLUDE :

·  Analysis of complex software issues
·  Creation of source code corrections for SAP Standard Software as well as customer specific applications
·  Correction of data inconsistencies
·  Organization of handover and integration of new products and features coming from new development projects
·  Design and implementation of legal requirements
·  Delivery of customer specific maintenance and upgrade services for customers with special consulting requirements
·  Collaborate on strategic projects

 

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES / WORK EXPERIENCE:

·  University degree, preferably in an IT or a related discipline (computer science, physics, mathematics, business economics etc.) or another adequate qualification, graduates are welcome
·  Programming skills in at least one common programming language, ABAP experience is advantage
·  Language skills: very good working knowledge of English, German is an advantage
·  Strong analytic skills
·  High capability to adapt to new situations / challenges
·  Ability to work independently
·  High customer and service orientation, good communication skills
·  Good team player
·  Able to identify knowledge gaps and fill them through own initiative
