SILICON VALLEY NEXT TALENT PROGRAM

The Silicon Valley Next Talent Program is a unique opportunity for recent engineering and design graduates who are interested in an exciting and rewarding career at SAP in software development, experience design, data science, quality assurance, and product management.

The cohort program combines rotations across the SAP value chain, team projects, and formal development opportunities. Rotations are based in a combination of our Silicon Valley offices. You will work with colleagues and/or travel to SAP offices around the globe. The goal is for you to gain a comprehensive understanding of how SAP creates value for its customers and to explore multiple functional areas. At the end of the 12-month program, you will have the opportunity to work permanently in the area that best suits you.

Available start dates are March 26, 2018 or July 9, 2018.

REQUIREMENTS
--Recent graduate of relevant major (typically engineering, design, or related discipline)
--Interest in combination of technology, human factors, and business
--Strong desire to learn and work as part of a team
--Programming experience (depending on desired role, this should be advanced)
--Relevant work samples (link to GitHub, design/project portfolio, etc)
--Fluency in English
