General Description

SAP Israel is the local Field Subsidiary responsible for the entire sales to support engagement with Israeli customers. The Israeli presale team is taking a significant part in three major areas: SAP’s Customers success, Winning Sales processes and actively support the execution of SAP Israel GTM.

The Senior Presales Business Architect possesses advanced/expert level knowledge of SAP and partner software solutions and participates in sales cycles as a member of the virtual account team in support of the sales account strategy.

In the new era of digital transformation and intelligent enterprise, SAP Prospects and customers demand a solid, reliable and trustworthy counterpart from SAP to work with as trusted advisor and single point of contact to better understand the Business value and User/Client experience that they can achieve by using SAP solutions. The Business Architect (BA) is a key role within SAP presales to support the customer decision to invest in the appropriate SAP solution.

A Senior Presale Business Architect is responsible for:

Position and evangelize SAP S/4 HANA business value, product definition and roadmap based on market and customer needs to top SAP Enterprise customers.
Establishing a solid relationship with a Customer Executive (CXO), by speaking their business language and clarifying the business value that the Customer can experience from SAP Intelligent Enterprise.
Possess strong solution selling and value-based selling skills, business knowledge of the Industry he/she is responsible for and coach and manage the assigned presales team members in complex sales cycles.
Safeguard early projects of S/4HANA by active involvement as SAP Sponsor & Business Architect.
Delivering compelling presentations, demonstrations and implementation of Proof of Concepts and prototypes for customers to prove the viability of new digital business models and new technology.
Delivery of demand generating activities such as tradeshows, company events and customer workshops.
Support SAP partners on strategic transformation processes
Work in cross-functional teams (Industry and Specialized Sales, Presales, Development, …)
You will play a key role in defining the pre-sales and post-sales strategy & developing a long-term relationship with key accounts and SAP Israel eco system.

Job Requirements

5+ years’ experience in consulting of SAP ERP (ECC) core modules (or S/4 HANA) – Prerequisite.
Strong knowledge of ERP finance modules – An advantage!
Experience as project management complemented with business architect experience or strong interest in enterprise architecture design.
High level of customer orientation and service-based attitude, being used to a self-dependent approach to work. Strong communication skills as well as the ability to work in a global team and strong presentation confidence.
Analytical and technical skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills including collaboration, presentation, facilitation and persuasion.
Excellent presentation skills with customers on C-Level executives as well as technical audience, partners, internal teams, to position the value of the SAP Intelligent Enterprise.
Strong customer service orientation.
