Successfactors is seeking an experienced Integrations Consultant to work as an Integration HR ABAP Consultant in the Integrations practice within our Cloud Integrations and Extensions services.

Job Duties include:

·  Use SAP Technologies/tools to implement integrations between Successfactors and SAP ERP and between SF and 3 rd party apps.
·  Techno-functional skills to help with both functional and technical aspects of the Integrations.
·  Enable effective communication between the implementation team and the stakeholders/customer.
·  Troubleshooting complex integration issues
·  Keep the customer satisfaction levels high by providing timely services to customers
·  Handle multiple projects/technical tasks at any point of time
·  Ability to grasp application and integration concepts of new products quickly and efficiently.
·  Have a good functional understanding of the product to aid in workshops and architect solutions.
·  Up to 20% travel may be required.

Required Qualifications:

·  Bachelors/Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering or other relevant field of study
·  2-6 years of relevant experience
·  ABAP Programming skills with modular experience including HR and Payroll.
·  HR ABAP a strong plus
·  Good knowledge of integration techniques provided by the SAP like the RFC SDK, ALE/IDOC and BAPI Business Objects library is essential.
·  Must have detailed experience in SAP HCM
·  Good understanding of ERP architecture, functionality, integration API and configurations.
·  Ability to understand/gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
·  Integrating third party applications using SAP technologies like NetWeaver PI is preferred.
·  Knowledge of Java, XML or OOD methodologies a plus
·  Excellent soft skills and Strong communication skills required
·  Must have US work authorization – no sponsorship opportunity
