Purpose and Objectives

 

The Commission team is responsible for managing the end to end incentive calculation and payout process for Revenue Generating roles in Sales LoB. 

 

This entails ensuring that all eligible employees have an appropriate incentive plan set up in ICM with relevant quotas; quota credit guidelines/business rules are implemented as approved by sales/services leadership; calculations are made as per business rules and payments are forwarded to the appropriate payrolls in a timely manner.

Expectations and Tasks

·  Work with Total Rewards during incentive plan design to understand the plans and the implications for the ICM tool, raising any concerns for implementation
·  Understand the eligibility criteria and plan type per role. Set up the sales contracts in ICM and work with the HRBP’s to assign the correct contract to each employee
·  Liaise with Finance / Operations employees to ensure all quotas/targets are uploaded into ICM
·  Set up and manage the business rules in the ICM tool, liaising with ICM consultants
·  Ensure all data is available and accurate to enable calculations including any additional incentives and SPIFF’s.  Apply any business rules, for example, apply any adjustments for absences. Raise any requests for exceptions to the appropriate governing body and implement approved exceptions.
·  Complete calculations as per agreed process and timeline for payments (monthly, quarterly or annual), ensure SOX compliance, gain approvals from CFO and forward to payrolls for payment.
·  Undertake reporting and analysis to enable the business to understand cost of incentive pay

 

Education and Qualifications / Skills and Competencies

·  Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
·  Experienced in Finance Controlling, Finance Business Operations or as a Total Rewards professional.
·  Strong MS Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, macros).
·  Demonstrated reporting and analytical skills.
·  Effective communicator to all levels of management.
·  Should have worked in a matrixed environment.
·  Ability to converse with Japanese stakeholders are an added advantage.
