Purpose and Objectives
SAP Innovation Business Solutions(SAP IBSO) is a global SAP organization dedicated to delivering solutions that address market specific or customers' unique and competitive business requirements on the SAP NetWeaver platform. The mission of SAP Innovative Business Solutions is to be agile, innovative and flexible in providing high quality, supportable solutions based on SAP HANA. We deliver a full lifecycle of custom development services - from the strategic planning of a development project through delivery and maintenance of the Solution.

With locations in Chengdu, Walldorf, St. Leon-Rot, St.Ingbert, Galway, Timișoara , Sofia, Sao Leopoldo, Bangalore, Palo Alto and Newtown Square we are able to leverage a global delivery model that utilizes the specific strengths of each location.
As the regional organization for the European region (EMEA (Europe, Middle-East, and Africa) and MEE (Middle and East Europe)) we need to support the whole process from lead generation until successful delivery of a custom-developed project (CDP), or a packaged niche solution, and during a support phase. This requires a strong cooperation with the colleagues in Sales and in Consulting, as well as an even stronger cooperation within the SAP Innovative Business Solutions organization - at the same time following the general roadmaps of the standard development tracks of SAP.
The regional COO organization is dedicated to customer success, business development, sales operations, simplification and transformation.
The successful candidate enters a highly motivated team, who drives the transformation and creates transparency for change and successes of SAP Innovative Business Solutions.

Within the SAP Innovative Business Solutions Organization, the COO organization plays a crucial role to drive transformation of the organization. Since there is a global transformation program for SAP Innovative Business Solutions under way, a change management program was set up for 6 months to achieve the ambitious goals.
We're looking for a project associate who would be working closely with all our teams and work-streams of the transformation program to drive the execution of the transformation goals. You are responsible for the successful execution of the project plans of the work-streams, e.a. internal marketing and communication plans, people program.
Expectations and Tasks
As project manager asscociate you will support the program leaders as well as the work-streams to execute the planned activities especially in the area of
· support project and accountable execution managers
· general administrative support to the project managers including coordinating project setup, preparing plans, administration of documentation and compliance to standard methodologies, tools and procedures.
· coordinate the planning and control of project activities and resources.
· participate in project meetings, and prepare project status reports.
· support planning and execution of creation of deliverables.
· effectively share knowledge, deliverables, and lessons learned.
· cooperate cross-organizations closely with all project-team members.
· execution of change management communication plan by
· collect and create content, write articles, success stories, interviews etc.
· run interviews with executives and customers and write the articles
· provide information about use cases, show cases, provide them in scalable way
· create content for social media feeds
· feeding internal and external communication channels, social media (internal newsletters, Portal, SAP Jam, web-casts, etc.)
· professional plan and execution of internal marketing campaigns, internal communication plan, plan and execute enablement events in close cooperation with global marketing and communication teams.
· Contribute with fresh ideas, willingness to test new activities and measure result, success compared with the KPIs.
Education, Skills and Competencies
· Master's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business&Administration or others
