Purpose and Objective:

SAP HCP Identity Authentication Service (formerly known as SAP Cloud Identity ) is an important part of the security portfolio of SAP. It is a Software-as-a-Service solution for identity and access management (IAM) – an area of fundamental importance to virtually every business scenario in the Cloud. Our mission is to provide the IAM solution of choice for all Cloud offerings of SAP and third party applications.

Responsibilities:

·  Participate in the research, specification, design, implementation, testing, operations and support of SAP Cloud Identity and related solutions.
·  Work in a cross-functional agile team, applying DevOps model.
·  Collaborate closely with colleagues and customers in an international environment.
·  Understand product scenarios, programming code and development processes. Provide feedback, propose and implement improvements.
·  Constantly acquire new knowledge and skills and put them into practice.

 

 

Required skills:

·  University degree (MS preferred) or graduating student in Computer Science or related field
·  Proficiency in object-oriented programming in Java
·  Excellent understanding of algorithms and data structures
·  Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
·  Creative thinking and quick learning
·  Excellent team player, passionate about his/her work, self- motivated and driven
·  Fluent English

 

 

Preferred skills:

·  Understanding of web security protocols and standards
·  Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS
·  Knowledge of Ruby on Rails
·  Experience with Agile Software Development
·  Experience with building multi-tiered web applications
·  Experience with distributed version control systems (Git/Github)
·  Experience with following agile working methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
