Purpose:
SAP Enterprise Collaboration wants you to join our team as a UX Design Intern. Our work has a global reach of over 34 million subscribers, and helps connect our customers’ employees with the right experts, content, business data and processes to make their lives at work more productive and enjoyable. We are customer-needs driven and data informed.
Your purpose is to work on design solutions that are intelligent, real-time and connected. This requires design thinking across multiple device types, real-time collaboration contexts and emerging bot applications. There is also opportunity to design experiences for e-commerce enabled community integration.
Your experience with our team will cover a full-spectrum UX role: exposure to product strategy, requirements elaboration, design discovery, ideation and sketching, user journeys, wireframes and usability testing.
You possess outstanding visual communication and collaborative skills to convey concepts to teammates and stakeholders. You demonstrate a sharp focus on user needs, problem solving, creativity, and passion for developing usable, engaging, and elegant designs.
Responsibilities:
· Applied knowledge of UX design principles: task analysis, heuristics, wireframing, user flows, information architecture, interaction design and design related artifacts across solutions for mobile and web projects.
· Work with UX related tools, primarily Sketch and Illustrator.
· Participation on multiple projects in an agile and fast-paced environment.
· Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
· Understanding of current Internet technologies, accessibility, browsers, tablet design and mobile app/responsive interface design.
Qualifications:
· At least in 3 rd year of a relevant degree in Interactive Arts, Digital Media, HCI, User Experience Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design or similar.
· Familiarity with the principles of Lean UX and a willingness to work in a collaborative team directly with developers for the implementation of your designs.
