This jobs is a part of SAP’s Intern Experience Program (iXp). Within iXp we focus on providing a best-in-class intern experience and assigning impactful projects in strategic areas of SAP’s business. iXp interns are inquisitive, capable and eager individuals, fueling the next generation of SAP.
The role is supporting the COO of Sales for Source-to-Settlement process: Digitizing the Procurement, AP, Treasury and Supply Chain capabilities with prospective Customers.
This role is focused on the Operational Efficiency, time to revenue and behaviors that produce the right revenue results.
Expectations and Tasks:
Several projects have been identified that could be engaged in depending on the Individuals skillset and educational focus:
· Focus on use of Systems and Platforms available.
· Analysis of Market Segments or Booked Results to identify repeatable trends.
· Use of Social Media and Social Selling Methodologies and recommendations.
Educational and Qualifications:
· Requires candidates to currently be enrolled in an undergraduate or non-MBA master's degree seeking program focusing on Sales, Marketing, Finance or Supply Chain discipline.
· This is transformation of business process and it takes a lot of depth and interest in how organizations are structured, their dysfunction and process improvement. Any candidate who has studied organizational leadership might have a higher level of interest or application.
· Anyone who has interned previously in a Sales Support or Marketing role and has experience with generating ideas of how customers make buying decisions.
· Must be able to work onsite in New York City during summer 2017
