PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The intern will be a key member of the Mindfulness @ SAP program team which is part of the Marketing Engagement Organization.
The Mindfulness @ SAP program focuses on creating trainings and building community to support a culture of mindfulness and emotional intelligence for employees at SAP. Aim is to bring mindfulness programs to scale at SAP globally and help to increase focus, resilience, creativity, leadership excellence and wellbeing at all levels of the organization. We rely on the highest performing talent to consistently deliver quality products and solutions that help the world run better and improve people’s lives. SAP’s Marketing Engagement supports our employees’ growth throughout their entire careers at SAP.
We are searching for a passionate Intern to support the growing Mindfulness @ SAP initiative as we deliver this program to all levels of our organization.
Desired profile
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
• Support development of programs and program content with focus on mindfulness and emotional intelligence.
• Support program coordination and executing of programs including pre and post program communication
• Support designing and analysis of studies analyze business impact of the programs
• Analysis and interpretation of the collected data
• Develop plans to enable and communicate programs to attendees and channels
• Review, edit and write blog posts, manage social promotion activities on SAP internal
channels such as SAP JAM as well as conduct research for blog articles.
• Support event planning and execution of local events
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
• Student at a university or university of applied sciences
• Preferred field(s) of study: Sociology, Psychology, Anthropology, or Business Administration
• Experienced mindfulness meditation practitioner preferred
• Passionate about culture development
• Power point skills and experience with producing graphical representations of data would be beneficial
• Language skills: Fluent in English. German would be a plus, but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required
• First practical experiences with topics related to development of organizational culture or
mindfulness based programs would be a plus
• Ability to work independently
• Enthusiasm and professionalism
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
WORK EXPERIENCE
• Requires candidates to currently be enrolled in an undergraduate, Masters, MBA or PhD degree program which is applicable to the position.
• Previous Internship experience is an asset
