P urpose & Objective of Position

In this intern position you will be a part of SAP's North American Design Services Team working on key/higher revenue sales accounts. The Team is part of the Presales organization and focused on improving the user experience for the presales events through graphic design and video production.

Expectations & Tasks

As an intern, with the SAP North American Design Services Team, you will work on deliverables that will enhance the experience for the attendees at presales events. During the internship you will enhance your digital design and refine your video production skills. You learn how to work with virtual teams across multiple time zones while completing the projects under very tight project deadlines. Working with several teams, candidates will be expected take content provided, visualize and storyboard content and create an asset such as PowerPoint, poser, placemat, or video.

Skills / Competencies

·  Experience working with
·  Microsoft Office Professional suite
·  Adobe Photoshop or Fireworks (proficient)
·  Adobe Illustrator (proficient)
·  Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or comparable software
·  Adobe After Effects or comparable software
·  Adobe Audition or comparable software
·  Camtasia Studio (will provide instruction)
·  Vector Graphic manipulation (proficient)
·  Video production (animation, video cropping, sound optimization, etc)
·  Film
·  Mobile interface design mockups is a plus
·  Sketching and storyboarding
·  Ability to work virtually in a fast paced environment and a quick learner
·  Strong interpersonal skills and a professional image
·  Strong and clear communication skills
·  Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and projects
·  Ability to work independently. Self-guided and motivated.
·  Strong project management and critical thinking skills

Educational Requirements (degrees, class completion, etc.)

·  Eligible degrees include film, animation, visual studies, or other moving image-related field.
