Purpose & Objective of Position

Assist with critical project to help finalize Platform end-to-end reporting processes, including, but not limited to, master data establishment and cleanup, E2E profitability reporting package automation, and establishment of common E2E supporting processes (e.g. headcount and spend tracking).

 

Expectations & Tasks

·  Intern will be responsible for gaining knowledge of SAP financial reporting tools and processes. 
·  He/she will also be required to gather and analyze content produced by various Controlling organizations within SAP. 
·  He/she will then assist in developing a common support platform and reporting structure, plus other ad hoc projects.

 

Skills / Competencies

·  Needs to have experience using Microsoft Office products such as PowerPoint and Excel.
·  Strong organizational and communication skills.
·  Ability to simultaneously coordinate multiple work streams. Good analytical skills are a plus.
·  Experience working in a corporate environment a plus.  Experience with Excel and PowerPoint.    

 

Educational Requirements

·  Enrolled in a 4-year college or university, preferably student working toward a business/economics degree.

 

Candidates must be willing to start mid August - early September and do a 6 months, full time (40 hours/week) paid internship in Palo Alto, California.
