PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
Machine Learning enables computers to learn from large amounts of data without being explicitly programmed. The world's most relevant enterprise data is part of SAP's system and business network. SAP aspires to make all its enterprise solutions intelligent and help customers to leverage their data.
Our Machine Learning team is part of the SAP Innovation Center Network. In nine locations around the globe, it combines the best of two worlds: the creativity and agility of startups with the backbone of a world market leader in business software. The Innovation Center Network is driven by the collaboration of more than 450 engineers, designers, product experts, and business developers. These interdisciplinary teams take over end-to-end responsibility: from the first proof-of-concept with a co-innovation partner to a market-ready product. Join the team!

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
You will have the unique opportunity to be part of the machine learning platform team within the SAP Labs Berlin. This very dynamic, fun and start-up type of environment provides a huge potential to learn and work on emerging technologies such as Machine learning, AI, Cloud and Big Data. You will be working together with experienced software engineers and machine learning experts to deliver state-of-the-art intelligent services in our cloud ecosystem.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
· Student (f/m) at a university and university of applied sciences with preferred field(s) of study: Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning
· Computer skills: excellent coding skills in Java or Python
· Language skills: good English
· Soft skills: good communication skills, as well as the ability and willingness to learn fast
