PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

The SAP Products & Innovation - Business Intelligence Analytics Group is responsible to deliver world-class (intuitive, relevant, collaborative) end-to-end analytics and ad-hoc reporting experience from Power users to End users. We have products across On-demand, On-premise and Mobile platforms. We also enable consumption of Business Intelligence in SAP applications.

We are looking for an information developer with 1-3 years of experience.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

You will create, edit, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality documentation in various formats. As part of this, you will:

• Write in a clear, concise manner and convey information appropriately for a variety of audiences
• Be able to understand complex technical concepts and present them in a modular way.
• Be able to ask questions, know the best person to approach for specific topics, and have a feel for the varying personalities and preferences of subject matter experts in order to know how best to approach them.
• Show enthusiasm for working on process innovation and new documentation concepts

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• BE / B.Tech or University degree in English, communications, new media, or a related subject with 65% or above from any premium institute
• Excellent editing and writing skills in English
• Sense of responsibility and proven ability to work to tight deadlines
• Experience in working with DITA and related tools
• Working knowledge of version control system is preferred
• Knowledge of languages style guides

WORK EXPERIENCE

• 1-3 years of experience in writing Technical documentation
