Implementation Services Manager

The SAP Fieldglass Implementation Services Manager is ultimately responsible for the success, growth and development of the individuals on their team. This role can be based out of an office in Mexico or Brazil and will be responsible for managing resources across the Latin America region. This resource will also be accountable for managing project escalations and developing relationships with key customer contacts in region.

Responsibilities will include:

Developing team member growth and skill set
Structured and effective management of a strong consulting team
Working with team members to build their network and personal brand
Supporting the vision for the Intelligent Enterprise
Active support in entire delivery engagement
Ensuring realization of applicable margin targets
Consolidating and presenting key information to team members on company strategy and roadmap
Supporting knowledge sharing initiatives (i.e. Focus Groups, Mentoring, Education, etc.)
Managing related budgets & distribution of IO to consultants for internal initiatives
Ensuring consulting related KPIs are met
Realization of region deliverables and Customer Satisfaction
Supply, Demand and Forecast (skill gap planning) Management
Resource allocation management of Field Services assignments
Coordination of project staffing with Resource Management
Liaison with Account Services Organization
Harmonize decisions across related organizations
Supporting the development and improvement of internal processes and systems
Responsible for managing internal projects
Identifying training needs for strategic areas
Completing reporting based on Utilization, Forecast, and Budgeting
Consulting Services Definition & Maintenance
Partner Management

Candidates must also have:

A Bachelor's degree
Fluent in English and Spanish; preference for candidates who can also speak Portuguese
Ability to travel 50%+
5+ years of experience with software implementation/support, preferably within a cloud software organization. SAP Fieldglass application knowledge is a plus
Detailed understanding/application of Implementation methodology
Demonstrated ability to understand and manage employee needs and development opportunities
Ability to effectively communicate and manage organizational changes
Marked history of successful initiatives and practices with proven success/quality metrics
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, specifically regarding SAP strategy/vision
Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage the independent needs of multiple employees
Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio, as well as exposure to MS Project

Position is based in Mexico City and Brazil
