·  About the Position

SAP Hybris C4C (Cloud for Customers) is a pillar of SAP's overall cloud strategy. It's a part of SAP Hybris portfolio that enable the enterprises to effectively engage their customers and sell more. C4C functional consultant is a member of Hybris Expert Services direct implementation team. The charter of the team is to accumulate C4C project experience and build up C4C implementation best practices with their peers in other regions. The ultimate goal is to provide safeguarding services to customers and partners and grow C4C ecosystem.

·  Your Responsibilities
·  Work with architects, developers, project managers and business personnel to define the C4C scope and design the solution; translate business requirements into a functional and technical implementation
·  Set the clear expectation to customer key users and manage customer requirements
·  Communicate with different stakeholders to finalize the C4C solution in project phase
·  Leverage SAP Cloud Methodology in C4C project implementation
·  Have good knowledge of Integration and work together with architects to define the project solution architecture
·  Have good knowledge of customization/development and work together with technical consultant to define the project customization content
·  Fully understand the capabilities and limitations of the SAP C4C solution
·  Provide in depth knowledge of SAP Cloud for Customers solution

·  Your Qualifications
·  Knowledge and experience of minimum 2 years CRM business analysis or consulting is mandatory, have at least 2 full cycle CRM projects experience
·  SAP ERP experience is a big plus
·  eCommerce / Marketing experience desired
·  Excellent English as well as Mandarin and/or Cantonese language skills (verbal & written)
·  Highly developed problem solving skills, tenacity, drive, proactive, creativity, sound planning and organizational abilities, strong improvement focus, ability to work in a fast-evolving and fast paced environment
·  Open-minded, strong in communication. Very good presentation skills
·  Strong organizational skills. Self-motivated, ability to pick up things quickly
·  Willingness to travel intensively to customer and partner sites in Greater China and occasionally beyond
