ROLE DESCRIPTION:

This position is responsible for the execution of HR processes and transactions according to documented procedures within the HR Global Service Delivery Organization. The main function of this role is to focus on cooperation and consultation with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and other HR Partners. This role will also manage the daily workload of theTeam byaccurately applying local expertiseknowledge that is required to ensure all HR processes are running according to SAP standards and meet local Regulations. Has good overview/knowledge of country and cross country processes. Additional responsibilities are required such as supporting global/regional projects.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:

Ensures appropriate HR Process Execution:
Execution of HR processes & transaction according to SLA (Service Level Agreements). Keeping updated all documents (e.g. process manuals) necessary for the execution of HR processes. Ensure data integrity for key deadlines. Ensure information flow with all departments and functions in SAP, which are involved in HR processes execution. Use HR tools and systems to appropriately document and complete assigned work. Work with both internal and external contacts to assist in process completion or escalation, such as Legal, IT, and vendors. Seeks feedback from customers to identify opportunities for improvement. Trains new people within the internal team or any external colleague and proactively shares the knowledge and experience with others.

Build strong partner relationship:
Building relationships with other HR Global Service Delivery teams, CoEs, HRBPs, and other departments to facilitate the support for processes that the team supports. Becoming a 'partner' and displaying the benefit of a combined working relationship. Working with vendors and building a relationship with them to ensure we have identified the most efficient and effective process with that vendor.
Work with other team members to share knowledge on topics to ensure cross-training and scalability for all process work. Work with IT & relevant stakeholders to ensure that requirements are met. Keeps up to date with changes in the organization.
Utilizing the country specific knowledge and the knowledge of the SAP HR processes and the tools on the entire employee lifecycle to guide employees and Managers and applying them accordingly in alignment with the HR Service Delivery model.

Drive for Improvement & Innovation:
Provides input on training needs and content, supports other HR colleagues in countries with the knowledge of responsible processes. Project management responsibilities to support the migration of new processes and technology or process enhancements. Works with process owners to identify the project scope, owning the project plan, coordinating with IT on technology updates, testing, training, communication to all impacted HR Global Service Delivery teams and on-going support. Understands scope of process work and the SLAs for each service and is responsible for the tracking of SLAs for monthly reporting, ensures all process maps are current, accurate and complete. Takes on responsibility for producing high quality solutions. Manage IT service change requests. Generates new ideas and breakthrough initiatives
WORK EXPERIENCE:

2-3 years working experience in HR. Knowledge in one or more of these areas: general HR, Benefits, Compensation, Staffing, Employee Relations or DMC preferred.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

Bi-lingual skills as needed based on region (English + Customer language)
Bachelor's Degree or comparable experience, Master's Degree is a plus
