ROLE DESCRIPTION:
This position is responsible for the execution of HR processes and transactions according to documented procedures within the HR Global Service Delivery Organization. The main function of this role is to ensure successful execution of the internal HR and external HR processes and issues within the SAP group. Associate cooperates with HR Business Partners and Process Consultants.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:
Ensures appropriate HR Process Execution:
· Assist and answer employee queries in the EIC ticketing system as per defined SLA (Service Level Agreements).
· Keep all documents and employee files updated.
· Work with both internal and external contacts (such as Legal, IT, Facilities, F&A, and external vendors) to ensure that the activity or task is completed.
· Assist the PRO team and provide guidelines to employees and new hires in terms of visa requirements, timeline, etc.
· Prepare employment letters and certificates when required.
· Provide support to local HR services activities like portal page update, HR knowledge base enhancements, Wiki updates, etc.
Build strong partner relationship:
· Building relationships with other team members or departments outside the HR Service Center in order to facilitate the support for processes.
· Provide accurate and friendly advice and service to all customers, such as colleagues, employees and managers along the entire employee lifecycle.
Drive for Improvement & Innovation:
· Continuously improving work and processes and continually assess service efficiency and utility. May have project responsibilities to support technology or process enhancements and/or changes. Provide input on training needs and content and support other HR colleagues in countries with the knowledge of responsible processes. Fulfills internal and external quality commitments. Understand scope of services and Service Level Agreements for customers.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
· 1 - 2 years working experience in HR environment or administration.
· Experience working within a customer orientated environment preferred.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES :
· Graduates or last year students of HR, Business administration or Marketing
· Fluent English
· Fluent Arabic as advantage
· Strong MS Office skills
· Strong communication skills
