HCM Commercial Sales Executive (CSE) for the UK mid-market

Based in Dublin, Ireland (Travel to UK: 0-30%)

 

Job Requirements:

·  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or similar.
·  Minimum 2-3 years’ experience selling HCM software, preferably cloud hr.
·   knowledge of the HCM Software sector, and an understanding of SAP's main competitors in Cloud HR.
·  Experience managing end-to-end sales cycles with mid-market customers.
·  Experience engaging with Net New customers.
·  Ability to educate HR & C-level Execs on the business value of a digital hr transformation.
·  Experience working with software Partners/SI's/VAR's would be advantageous.
·  Open-mindness/experience using digital selling tools such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Videolicious, etc.
·  Ability to work on multiple deals simultaneously.
·  First-class business acumen & negotiation skills, with experience closing complex deals.
·  Proactive attitude with the natural ability to pinpoint solutions to a problem.
·  Accurate forecasting and understanding of coverage & linearity.

The SAP Commercial Sales team own the mid-market customer segment for SAP. Year on Year, we have achieved double digit growth with a number of the over-performers attending SAP Winners Circle in Mexico!
This role would specifically be assigned to mid-market companies HQ’d in the UK. 

 

Our Commercial Sales Execs (CSE’s) represent SAP’s growth engine; working strategically on a high-volume sales at any given time. There is no field-underlay, so utilisation of the Partner Channel and the Digital Selling Motion is critical to the success of every Commercial Sales Exec. You own a lead from start to close; managing a consultative sales process directly with your customer and ensuring an EXCEPTIONAL customer experience every step of the way.
