PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The Global Real Estate & Facilities Organization (“GRE&F”) helps SAP run better and is a key enabler for employee efficiency, innovation capability, employer attractiveness and ultimately SAP’s brand value. As a truly global organization, we are responsible for almost 200 locations in more than 70 countries worldwide, managing a real-estate portfolio of more than 1.6 million square meters in office space. In addition, GRE&F is responsible for operating the SAP Data Centers.

MISSION AND EXPECTED IMPACT
In this role, the candidate will support the provisioning of an effective and efficient operational management framework for GRE&F in line with the GRE&F strategy. The candidate will as well support the Head of Global Office in preparing and delivering on core tasks towards the Head of Global Real Estate &Facilities.

Towards GRE&F provide transparency on the organizational performance, drive an increase of productivity through a standardized service portfolio and constantly improved processes as well as supporting our workforce by developing and implementing excellent training programs.
Desired profile
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
· Effective training and knowledge management for the entire organization
· Ensure that the knowledge data base is always up to date
· Run the GRE&F Learning Platform
· Serve as single point of contact for GFI communication and marketing and ensures effective GRE&F internal communication and external marketing
· Run global surveys, manages distribution and result analysis and provides recommendations for improvements
· Workforce management for GRE&F (incl. GRE&F locations) in close collaboration with Head of Global Office
· Serve as global contact for ticket handling, including all enquiries related to the ticketing tool and analytics
· Serve as Learning Agent within GFI (identify and consolidate demand within GFI, provide offerings, etc.), representing Global Real Estate & Facilities
· Serve as Service Ambassador within GFI (global contact in GREF, promote and provide service attitude trainings, etc.), representing Global Real Estate & Facilities
· Support Goal planning in close collaboration with Head of Global Office
· Support Process and Service Managers to ensure that service portfolio and process map are closely aligned
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
· Bachelor degree in Facility Management or comparable and / or adequate experience
· English fluent (oral & written), German or other additional languages are a benefit
· Knowledge of various aspects of Real Estate and Facility Management are a benefit
· Ability to manage or to take lead role in assigned regional or global projects
· Understanding of local, regional and global business needs and ability to provide tailored solutions
· Ability to work collaboratively with international teams to recommend and apply best practices and innovation
· Experience with the SAP software module Space Maintenance (IWMS) and Real Estate Flexible (REFX) is a benefit
· Project Management skills and advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially for Microsoft Excel is a benefit
· Customer orientation with a strong focus on quality
WORK EXPERIENCE
· 1+ years of functional experience relevant to Facility Management or Real Estate Management
· Experience in Project Management is a benefit
· Experience using a variety of analytic and reporting software tools
