General Description
SAP is looking to hire an End User Support Technician at our Espoo Office. The position will be full-time 6 months contract with the possibility to extend, depending on the workload situation. The position is ideal for a student wishing to do a placement or to get work experience from the relevant study field.
Job Description
· Windows System Administrator that will handle software and hardware issues
· Install PC's and Laptops with Windows OS
· Support Mobile devices & Tablets running iOS and Android.
Job Requirements
General:
· Technical background in PC's administrator
· Excellent Knowledge of operating systems MS Windows /7/8, (Optional OS: Windows 10, Linux, MS Server 2003/2008/2012), Office software
· Team player and process oriented
· Self-learning ability, technically oriented
· Excellent people skills
· Excellent communication skills
· Excellent English skills (spoken, writing and reading), fluent local language skills is an advantage
Relevant experience:
· Advantage: Administrating Windows servers environment
· Advantage: Knowledge in Mac OS, Linux
Relevant education:
· Official technical training in IT/development
· Advantage: MCP/MSCE or MDP/MCDP an advantage
