PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

The EMEA+MEE audience marketing associate / specialist is a highly motivated talent, responsible for supporting strategy, planning and execution across the region. This will encompass thought leadership, awareness, demand generation and pipeline acceleration marketing programs targeting our key audiences for the regional marketing priorities. The role is part of the EMEA+MEE Integrated Marketing team within the EMEA+MEE Marketing organisation. The primary function of this role is to support the priority leads to run like a business by ensuring end-to-end orchestration of all functions in order to support our aggressive pipeline coverage goals, double-digit revenue growth and new customer acquisition targets.

This person will be involved in supporting a wide-range of stakeholders, including sales, marketing and business development teams as well as product leads from Global Marketing.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

·  Marketing Strategy & Plan Phase
·  Support content management by customer journey phase
·  Help gather Market Units key requirements as input for WW Marketing and Product Marketing teams
·  Build phase
·  Support priority leads with region specific and/or SAP solution specific content creation with a digital first approach
·  Run phase
·  Execute through external agencies and internal teams all digital activities within the campaign. Coordinate the execution with local MU activities.
·  Analyze campaign results, execution process and people interaction
·  Report on execution status by MU, ROI and best practice sharing

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

·  Bachelor's or Master Degree in Business, specialization in Marketing highly preferred
·  Proficient business-orientation and analytical skills combined with a focus on execution and results
·  Ability to work collaboratively in a virtual environment and act as ‘One Team’ with other marketing functional teams and colleagues
·  Strong organizational skills
·  Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to communicate effectively in a multi-cultural environment
·  Creative problem-solving abilities
·  Very good in English, German is an asset but not a must
·  Ability to work independently in a self-directed environment

WORK EXPERIENCE

·  Min. 1 to 2 years of working experience in Marketing after end of studies is required; international experience preferred
·  Experience of working in a matrix environment and engaging with global, regional and local sales, marketing is preferred but not essential
·  Experience of working on finance (Office of the CFO) audience areas, preferred but not essential
