EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
• B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA with an aggregate score of 65% or above from IIT / NIT / any Premium Institute

• Responsible for software development, focusing on design, coding, testing, quality assurance of complex product features.
• Resolve issues within own area of expertise and supports others in resolving issues.
• Take initiative and drive topics to resolution in a high level of quality, speed, reliability and efficiency.
• Work closely together with others.
• Constantly improve own work methods to gain state-of-the-art agile software engineering skills.
• Enhance skills beyond own core functional focus and work on other tasks for the benefit of the team.
• Ability and flexibility to move out of comfort zone to work with new technologies and technical aspects
• Be a constant learner and flexible to change and adapt, apply and lead

WORK EXPERIENCE
• 3 - 6 years of experience in software development.
• Ability to transfer business requirement into a realizable technical requirement.
• Good Technical and Analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills, team player, self-motivated and highly self-driven individual
• Willing to work under project pressure and challenging time zones.
• Bright individuals who have a passion to innovate and make a difference in the team.
• Must have hands-on experience in SAP UI5, JAVA.
• Good to have knowledge in Eclipse RCP, Mockito, Rest Web Service, Junit.
• Must be able to work across all layers of the software (UI, Backend, etc)
• Sound knowledge in Object Oriented Programming Principles.
• Ability to quickly grasp, adopt and work with new emerging technologies with agility and flexibility.
• Lead continuous improvement, incorporate all the lesson leant to ensure we don’t end up facing similar problems time and again.
• Must have hands-on experience in SAP UI5, JAVA.
• Good to have knowledge in Eclipse RCP, Mockito, Rest Web Service, Junit.
• Must be able to work across all layers of the software (UI, Backend, etc)
