Developer for Customer Engagement &
Commerce - (Products and Innovation/C4C Cloud CRM)

 

PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

The Customer Engagement & Commerce Development team is committed to deliver best-in-class and leading edge Cloud based CRM solutions designed to meet line-of-business needs. We provide appealing products combining software, configuration, and customizing tools with a rich user experience, integrating emerging trends such as the use of Social Media and mobile devices for interaction with consumers.

The team is working in a Scrum-based agile mode designing, implementing, and releasing products as part of our Customer Engagement & Commerce offerings.

We are looking for experienced developers with excellent technical skills and an aptitude for translating business requirements into technical solutions.

 

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

BS in Computer Science or equivalent
Must be able to work both independently and within the scrum methodology
Strong knowledge in Object oriented concepts and design pattern
Good knowledge of ABAP programming language
Experienced with SAP applications as well as related business processes, preferably Business By Design/CRM
Experienced with SAP applications as well as related business
Knowledge of JAVA/Java script is a plus
Proficiency in HTML5 is a plus
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), good problem solving skills, ability to work with technical and non-technical staff

 

WORK EXPERIENCE

 

2+ years of post-Master’s Degree or 4+ years of post BS degree software development experience using ABAP and Javascript knowledge.

Responsible for development focusing on design, coding, testing, quality assurance of complex product features in a development team. Resolves complex issues within own area of expertise and supports others in resolving issues.
Shows initiative and drives topics to resolution in a high level of quality, speed, reliability and efficiency. Works closely together with others and shares expertise to ensure product success.Constantly improves own work methods to gain state-of-the-art agile software engineering skills. Enhances skills beyond own core functional focus and works on other tasks for the benefit of the team.
Has advanced overall product and technical knowledge and shares expertise within and across team and organization.
Has advanced knowledge of development processes and product standards.

You will directly interact with internal and external customers
Support the roll-in process by analyzing customer needs and creating specifications for business requirements
Perform product design, modeling, implementation, and testing
Work in accordance with agile development models (Scrum, LEAN)
Cooperate with Product Management and UI Designers to translate customer requests into useful product functionality
Work in close cooperation with other development areas
