PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

The SAP Innovation Center Network is a strategic development entity within SAP, combining software engineering excellence with thought leadership and entrepreneurial spirit. Across various focus clusters and by building on strong teams, we pioneer game-changing solutions in close collaboration with startups, customers & partners in industry and research as well as with other SAP units. To ensure a successful go-to-market, we follow an end-to-end responsibility approach. By exploring unconventional ideas and developing inspiring proofs of concepts, we push the state-of-the-art in computer science and its applied fields to provide SAP with foresight into future trends.

As a Customer Solution Adoption Senior Specialist/Expert, you will be responsible for running the first implementation projects of our new products at key customers and thus creating the references that our success in the market is based on. Currently these activities focus on the products “SAP Medical Research Insights” and “SAP HANA Platform for Healthcare” which we develop in cooperation with the healthcare and life science product unit in Walldorf.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

· Build proof of concepts for key customers working closely together with the different teams in the Healthcare development organization
· Be the End to End Technical Lead for the HANA Platform for Healthcare and Life Sciences, Medical Research Insights and future applications in key customer implementation projects
· Design healthcare solution architectures by combining our healthcare platform with other SAP assets
· Work together with customer-facing organizations such as SAP Consulting or Custom Development to prepare comprehensive offers for customers
· Understand Customer Requirements in detail and roll these back in to development roadmaps in cooperation with product owners and software architects
· Knowledge Enable field resources globally so that they can learn Healthcare platform solution, project approaches and scale

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

· University degree in software engineering, natural sciences or equivalent
· Excellent expertise in current SAP technologies: SAP HANA, SAPUI5, EIM / Data Services
· Very strong customer project implementation expertise across different locations
· Excellent communication skills
· Accustomed to collaborate with custom development and complex customer projects
· Fluent in German and English
· Preferably also French language skills

WORK EXPERIENCE

We are looking for candidates with 3+ years of experience in consulting and/or customer project implementation.

The position can be also filled as part time position
