What is the job about?

Reporting Services is an organization within Concur that provides data analytics consultation, IBM Cognos report-writing services, and training to customers who use Concur hosted software applications such as Concur Travel & Expense and Concur Invoice.
As a Reporting Consultant you will manage a portfolio of clients and work with each client to craft a reporting strategy and recommend best practice reports for specific client profiles, industries, or use cases. For client-requested reports, you will gather business requirements, translate those business requirements into a design, write the reports or dashboards, and work with the clients to distribute the results throughout their companies. Time to time, you may be called upon to conduct online or in-person training for clients who wish to learn how to use Cognos or learn more about the data model of the Concur solutions. As our consulntant, you will be also be responsible for updating progress in a project tracking tool.

For this position you must be already living in the Czech Republic and considering a relocation to the Capital City, Prague, or be already located here.

Ideally, you have following experience and skills:

·  2+ years in a related customer facing role
·  Cognos reporting experience
·  Experience with and knowledge of Business Intelligence solutions
·  Functional knowledge of Concur Solutions strongly preferred
·  Strong Microsoft Office knowledge
·  MS SQL Server Skills are a plus
·  System Testing and Product Evaluation Skills are plus
·  Excellent communication and presentation skills
·  Analysis and troubleshooting skill
·  Displays passion for & responsibility to the customer
·  Problem solving
·  Confidentiality
·  Advanced English
