What you'll do:
As an HR Intern, you will focus on project coordination, employee engagement, content creation, problem solving and data process management. Projects and initiatives will include working cross functionally with HR partners primarily supporting distribution (sales) and marketing functions, and possibly other lines of business. Areas of exposure will also include performance management, HR strategy, employee life-cycle, and change management. You will also have the opportunity to work with other business partners in talent acquisition, total rewards and our finance partners.
Role Responsibilities:
· Project Coordination: You will help process, communicate and manage data for projects that impact Concur's overall business. Currently, these projects would include, but are not limited to:
· Managing the collection and analysis of salary data
· Helping design and develop career path resources for employees
· Content Creation: Create enablement content in order to inform a large audience of critical actions or information. You would help to understand the material, navigate what is important to share, support with the creation of this content and work to help HRBPs deliver it to the business when needed.
· Data Processing: This will include data entry for organizational movement, resignations, terminations and providing support for:
o Exit Interviews (for leaders and/or those who we see as wanting feedback from the team)
o Helping employees and managers navigate our HR support system when they have issues (onboarding/payroll issues, expense report problems, etc.)
o Compensation analysis, employee data guidance, and navigate issues or enablement needed with the roll out of new employee/manager platforms for recruiting and employee data.
· Communication: In this role, you will be managing responses and updates from employees, managers and HR partners. It is critical that you remain organized in your communication, providing timely updates and follow through for each project and/or issue. This will include level setting expectations up front so that there is alignment with everyone involved. For employee wide communications, you will also have the opportunity to help draft content and ideas that can be leveraged by HR partners when information needs to be shared in a written format.
· Other related tasks may be requested within the broader HR team as it relates to project work. The HR intern will need to demonstrate the flexibility and willingness to jump in where needed to help the team.

· Concentration in HR a plus
