IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING ROLE

This role will be part of our Global Statutory Reporting team. Candidate should be willing and able to relocate to Prague Czech Republic within 6-12 months after joining team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Preparing statutory accounting for SAP Peru

· Back up support role for tax and accounting topics

· Processing and preparing Journal Book, Sales Book, Purchase book, Fixed Assets for SAP Peru and other LATAM Countries when required.

· Monthly processing Statutory Financial Statements.

· Preparation of reconciliation IFRS and Statutory accounting

· Support tax Withholding reviews

· Support tax audits and external/ internal audits reviews when required

· Responsible to automate statutory reporting for SAP Peru and support other projects related to the automation in other Latin America countries and continuous improvements activities

· Reconciliation of reports that support Statutory accounting

· Preparation of electronics Books

· Support statutory reports presented to Tax Authorities for Peru and other LATAM Countries when required

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION/ SKILLS AND COMPENTECIES

Accounting Certification / Bachelor or equivalent, Diploma in Accounting

Intermediate or advance English, both verbal and written, Fluent in Spanish

SAP- ISP System knowledge preferred

Knowledge in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Words, and PowerPoint)

Organized and efficient

Ability to manage projects

Ability to work independently and as a team in multi-cultural environment

Self-motivated and able to work under time pressures with accuracy

Good interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)

WORK EXPERIENCE

Experience in Peru statutory accounting (1-2 years) recommended

Fresh graduates welcome to apply

Knowledge of International Accounting Standards (IFRS) and Statutory Peru GAAP
