PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES:
• HR specific solution consulting and sub project management per SAP Activate Methodology for Cloud and On-Premise projects
• Performance of feasibility studies / solution reviews
• Support of pre-sales activities
• Support in escalated projects where required
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:
• Manage the relationship with the customer and be the SuccessFactors/SAP primary contact to the customer throughout the implementation process
• Conduct discovery meeting with customer, defining management strategy that effectively conveys the purpose and value of the SuccessFactors/SAP solutions
• Complete implementation projects within budget/time, ensuring high level of customer satisfaction and adoption
• Document customer's business needs, implemented/configured processes, and other project related documentation to be delivered to Customer
• Educate the customer on employee database and technical requirements
• Provide best-practice guidance to customer on HR processes
• Configure application to meet customer needs
• Conduct trainings as per project requirement
• Conduct Quality Assurance/ Feasibility services
• Support Presales activities via demos/ Statement of work
• Master and maintain detailed knowledge of SuccessFactors' product-suite configuration options
WORK EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum 1 years of experience in SAP HCM solution implementations, with at least 1 full cycles of implementation experience in core HR such as OM, PA, Time, Payroll and SAP Talent Management Suite
• Possesses SAP Success Factors certification in at least 1 modules(Employee Central/Recruitment/ Onboarding/Compensation/Succession/Career Development Planning/ Performance & Goals/Workforce Analytics & Planning/LMS) and has exposure to Success Factors implementation experience
• Conducted minimum 1 Quality Assurance/Feasibility study
• Possesses Strong HR domain expertise in Organizational Development, Learning management, Leadership Development, Succession Planning, 360 Review, Core Competencies, etc.
• Experience with managing the Quality Assurance processes for software implementations
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
• Minimum University degree , Masters or equivalent in HR will be an added advantage
• Technical understanding of software operating systems and ability to work comfortably with HRIS Team
• Excellent English oral and written communication skills, Presentation skills for C-Level
• Excellent time management and organization skills
