EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
As an (Associate) Operations Support, you will be responsible for administrative and operational support for the MLI managers and teams in Berlin. Your main tasks include:
· Working closely with the managers, team and HR to ensure a smooth candidate selection and new hire onboarding process (e.g. interview scheduling, applicant tracking, onboarding sessions scheduling, ordering of equipment and monitoring induction)
· Central contact and all other ad-hoc support as needed by managers and the team
· Arranging meetings for managers including co-ordination of team meetings and external events
· Managing internal and potentially external correspondence
· Dealing with enquires (phone, email) in an efficient and professional manner
· Potentially supporting internal projects
· Co-ordination of travel arrangements, including organizational preparation and follow up like booking of travel expenses
· Booking meeting rooms / venues for the team
· Process documentation
WORK EXPERIENCE
Minimum 2 – 5 years of work experience in an administrative field.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
REQUIRED
· Vocational training with relevant work experience as an administrative support
· Outstanding organizational and time management skills to support the team in keeping timelines and reaching milestones
· Good knowledge of communication and presentation tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
· Ability to work with external partners as well as colleagues on all levels and from various locations
· High ambition, results-oriented mindset and a passion for execution
· Highest level of flexibility, integrity and confidentiality
· Genuine interest for innovation, technology and business
· Excellent team player and communicator
· Excellent level of English and German, both written and spoken
