iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

We are looking for a candidate for a VIE mission of:
Supply Chain Analyst
- VIE Contract (W/M)
Job details:
In charge of the Sales Administration & Customer Service for the US Market including:
- Creating Customers Purchase orders in SAP
- Requesting the creation of a New Customer, New Product ID, New Price
- Releasing the order for shipment to Distribution Center according to requested delivery date / Product availability
- Managing urgency and priorities
- Following deliveries to the customer
- Troubleshooting
- In charge of Samples management for the US Market
- Operational aspect – From ordering the supply to delivering to the customer, and auditing the internal files
- Reporting – Monitoring efficiency and causes of delay
Action plan & Continuous improvement – Implement initiative to improve lead time
- As responsible person for these 2 operational areas, analyze the department’s activities/Ways of Working to identify streamlining opportunities. Be leader in proposing ideas & implementing them through quick wins or little projects.
- Contribute to forecasting (Budget) process in collaboration with Sales and Finance, demand & inventory management to define most optimize supply plan to ensure on time in full delivery of customer needs:
- Identify and communicate regarding deliveries/products at risk
- Proactively follow the Customer status regarding Supply of products (including regulatory status) to help building bridging inventory
- Contribute to the preparation of Go live for Global IT programs impacting the zone activity (Shift – finance/back office with regard to Customer Service ; Sccore – Supply Chain with regards to Supply plans)
- Update and maintain Customers & Products mapping
- Update and maintain Department operating procedures
- Perform Studies, Analyses and Presentations depending on Business needs
- Contribute to monthly Supply Chain reporting / Customer service KPI
- Weekly reporting with Manager.
Candidate:
- Education: Business School, Master in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or similar field
- Experience : 1-2 years of related working experience, (pharmaceutical project management or supply chain)
IT tools: Excel, SAP (or other ERP) (Enterprise Resource Planning) would be a plus
- Soft skills : autonomous, interacting transversally, project management skills, team spirit, rigours , attention to details
- Language: fluent English, French would be a plus
