MISSION:
The Vaccines Industrial Affairs Risk Management Convergence process was deployed 18 months ago and has since expanded in scope significantly. Additional resources are needed to support the monthly risk analysis, mitigation, monitoring & reporting, as well as governance processes. In addition, various areas of improvement have been identified in the way of working and support is needed for implementation, including the eventual transition to a new risk management database.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The VIE will:
- Support the global risk reporting process by collecting information from the 12 industrial sites on a monthly basis, consolidating the global Vaccine Industrial Affairs risk register and helping in the preparation of various reports and dashboards.
- Support the global risk review board by preparing pre-reads, extracting relevant risk information from the database, identifying issues or concerns that require escalation and decision by the board. Writing meeting minutes and ensuring action follow-up.
- Contribute to monitoring the progress on the de-risking plan by following up with risk leaders.
Provides facilitation support for supply continuity workshops.
- Perform risk data analyses to identify areas for improvement and ways to speed up risk mitigation.
- Support the transition to a new risk management database.
- Support the quality risk review board by preparing pre-reads,analysis, extracting relevant risk information from Phenix database, identifying issues or concerns that require escalation and decision by the board.
- Support data entry in E&C Phenix database: minutes, decisions and actions and implementation follow-up with sites and ensuring database is up to date => Data Integrity
Recall & Product Alerts documentation: Structure the documentation related to PA & recalls in sharepoints, create checklists, templates for chronology of events, recall reports to ensure consistency of documentation preparation and structure and easy archiving process => data integrity.
CANDIDATE'S PROFILE:
Education:
Master's degree in biological fields.
Working knowledge of project management or risk management.
Well versed in Excel Databases, Power Point and Sharepoint
Experience:
Previous work in a project team ideally in a multi-cultural environment. Hands-on project or risk Management experience is desirable.
