iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

Medical Associate

Job Details:
- The Medical Associate will work closely with the GEM (General Medicines & Emerging Markets) DCV (Diabetes/Cardiovascular) Head of Disease Management and the Glargine Medical lead based in Singapore to support the medical Affairs activities including Stakeholder engagement and Education, Scientific Exchange, other medical and scientific meetings from a project planning and management perspective.

- VIE will also work closely with the internal and external stakeholders including but not limited to the KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), Societies and Institutions, cross-functional teams, Country Diabetes teams, Franchise and Global Diabetes teams as well as healthcare Organizations and Associations in context to the defined projects
Candidate:
Education:
- (MS/M.Sc./M.Pharm.)
- Master Degree in Pharm/ (MS/M.Sc./M.Pharm.) or a Doctoral (Ph.
D/MD) in Biology, Life Sciences Stream, project management degree, training
- Highly desirable, Management Degree
- MBA
- (desirable)
Experience /Professional Skills & Attitude:
- Life-sciences, pharmaceutical industry experience
- Understands role of various stakeholders in healthcare,
- strategic mindset
- Strong project management skills while dealing within a complex metric organization and diverse set of internal and external stakeholders spanning across the globe
- Proven project management skills through experience and expertise by training or prior work
- Excellent interpersonal skills, to work effectively in multi-cultural, multi-disciplinary team environment
- Capacity to organize, interact and direct others’ work efforts with tact and diplomacy to achieve the objectives
- Capacity to influence decisions and to negotiate and resolve conflicts with project stakeholders in the healthcare influencer environment
- Capable to work parallel on multiple projects against strict timelines
- Fluent in written and spoken English
