Program SaVIE (VIE of Sanofi) is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

Directs the implementation of the company's Human Resources strategy and policies in order to ensure the realization of the company’s objectives in the most effective and efficient way.
Keeps informed of any Labour Law changes, providing advice to line managers on personnel issues and ensuring that the company abides by employment laws, so as to minimize any potential compliance risk
Ensures that top management is properly developed in leadership and management skills through training courses and personal coaching, so as to reflect corporate values.
Establishes manpower plans for all functions and levels inside the company taking into consideration the structure, the competencies, skills and experience necessary to fulfil both long and short-term business requirements.
Monitors department and staff performance, in order to ensure the continuing improvement of its operational and organizational efficiency.
Communicates and ensures the realization of company culture, policies and guidelines within the framework of desired behaviours and practices.
PROFILE:
Master Degree (minimum)
