Program SaVIE (VIE of Sanofi) is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.
PLEASE NOTE that since the VIE Program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

We are looking for a candidate for a VIE mission of:
Global Field Excellence
- VIE Contract (W/M)
The Global Field Excellence (GFE) VIE will be responsible for supporting key projects to accelerate the implementation of the Vaccines global commercial strategy. The GFE VIE will assist in:
- Identifying, developing and replicating best practices
- Developing analytical tools and systems to support data-driven decision making.
- These projects include, but are not limited to:
Sales Force (F) KPI Harmonization (30%)
Formalize the global recommendations regarding the following 3 levels:
- How we describe the activities of Field representatives
- How we capture this information in the CRM – Link to CRM training responsibilities
- How we reflect these activities and track performance (vs. targets) in reports
- Provide project management support to the Sales Force KPI global governance committee
- Collaborate with IT to implement the approved harmonized definitions in the CRMs and reporting tools
- Develop content for and provide end-user training
CRM (30%)
- Monitor CRM requests impacting harmonized SF KPI definitions
- Provide project management support to the CRM global governance committee
- Prepare agenda items
- Follow requests and escalate on as-needed basis
- Analyze type of support needed in regions need
- Develop content for and provide end-user CRM training

Global Field Representative Awards (25%)
- Coordinate selection process of Field Representatives
- Collaborate with external agency to organize social program
- Coordinate accommodation and logistics for winners, ensure communication to the regions
GFE Community (15%)
- Organize global best practice sharing TC with countries across Sanofi's 6 regions
- Post content on GFE Community Sharepoint and team site
Candidate:
Core competencies
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Quality of thought process and ability to communicate steps clearly
- Reporting, CRM fluency, Data management
- Ability to collaborate with technical colleagues (IT), marketers and sales representatives
- Communication skills – Ability to translate data, analyses into business trends/outcomes and vice-versa,
- Fluency in English
Project management skills
- Integrity, tenacity, resilience and adaptability in complex situations and an often changing environment; able to handle pressure and commit to and respect deadlines
- Education: University degree, majoring in Business / commercial education, Engineering or other Science Field
