Program SaVIE (VIE of Sanofi) is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

MISSION AND JOB DESCRIPTION:
In the General Medicine (GEM) Business Unit of UK, there is a need for improvement of Excellence in execution. We are therefore looking for someone to support us in the follow up of core projects to drive the execution excellence. Also, as we are implementing a new Go-to-market model, we need to invest in setting up clear new metrics and dashboards to monitor our performance. We need support of someone to, under the supervision of Business Support,to work on the development of metrics and reporting.
The job consists of two parts:
1. Project Management Officer for key GEM projects support:
- following up & supporting project management of diverse GEM key initiatives (eg. preparation and follow up of Offsite meeting for GEM strategy development)
- daily support of GEM GM UK on development of strategic documents, analysis, follow up of meeting action points etc.
Help GEM team leaders in driving their projects (support in project planning & follow up)
2. The support of the Business Support manager: develop several key monthly reports to drive brand performance, Sales Force performance. Support in the development & monthly production of the overall GEM Performance Dashboard.
CANDIDATE'S PROFILE:
Education:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, preferably complemented with some additional courses
- A degree in Pharmacy/Pharmaceutical will be an asset, complemented with some additional courses
Experience:
- preferably experience in a Business analyst type of position
- working experience in Life sciences (industry)
- working experience in a commercial business environment
Professional skills and behaviour required:
- Strong Project management and analytical skills.
- Able to work autonomously
- Good organisational skills
- Self-starter, pro-active and flexible
- Ability to understand & learn quickly
- Good interpersonal skills
- Excellent Microsoft skills (especially in Excel and PowerPoint)
- Working experience in Pharma industry is preferred
Languages:
FLUENCY IN ENGLISH IS REQUIRED
