Sanofi Genzyme is a Biotechnology Company based in Cambridge, MA. The Corporation is seeking to expend business and to launch new major breakthrough therapies.
In order to support the Finance Teams in our day to day activities during the launch phase of the new products, we are seeking for temporary support to reinforce the Analysis of Financial Data consolidated throughout our affiliates and to provide reports to our Sr. Management and answer inquiries of our Corporate Headquarters in France.
VIE Business Analyst within Finance Specialty Diseases Team. The main duties would cover the following:
- Consolidate worldwide financials for the Specialty Diseases Perimeter in Hyperion and create / maintain Financial reports and Databases
- Coordinate the Global collection process on performance commentary with the objective to prepare a monthly Management Report for the MSIO Leadership Team, which includes a:
o Global Sales performance analysis
o Global P&L reports
o Global Headcount reports
The analysis includes gap analysis / performance achievement versus latest Forecasts, Budget and Strategic Long Range Planning
- Excel Management Reports / retrieves expert (Essbase / Hyperion) and maintain / develop the respective Management / KPI reports
- Maintain volumes reporting for the business in Qlikview and provide Price & Volume reports and analysis
- Provide support on Management presentations
Profil:
Degree in Finance
Experience in working in Finance / Controlling Department mandatory
Experience in Consolidation of Finance information preferred
Pharmaceutical Industry experience preferred
Strong expertise in Excel mandatory
- Knowledge of Hyperion / Smartview preferred
- Ability to adapt to different cultural work environment
- Ability to work in complex organization
- Strong analytical skills
