Assist Supply Chain Manager to drive S&BP process as per Global GOP.

Perform daily sales & inventory upload in SAP. Review weekly sales and analyse the trend

Manage supply planning for imported products to ensure stock availability and work with DRA & 3PL on all regulatory requirement for importation.

Manage tender & sample stocks conversion and branch transfer

Perform sales invoicing, reconciliation & reporting.

Execute NFCM logistics sample testing & 3rd party warehouse control matrix.

Submission of Supply Chain expenses & payment request to Finance

Perform monthly write-off verification in 3PL and reconciliation

Prepare monthly warehouse & distribution scorecard for submission to Global NTO

Perform quarterly 3PL KPI Data Validation & Sampling

Desired profile

Minimum requirements

Tertiary education in supply chain management and/or business preferred. English - fluent in verbal and written communication

Min 2-3 years in supply chain management or demand & supply planning.

Knowledge in SAP and experience working with 3PL will be an advantage.
