Job Summary:
Novartis is currently searching for a Global Mobility Specialist to join the Mobility team in Prague.
Job Purpose:
Responsible for all forms of international local hiremobility (as defined in the Mobility Continuum) to ensure a smooth process for all globally mobile Novartis associates. Proactively managing the cycle for a designated population within Novartis, coordinating the move process and providing assistance to globally mobile associates and their families. Working with the Novartis approved vendors to facilitate moves.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversees the end-to-end mobility process as it relates to the mobile associates, including service delivery by external vendors, to ensure the highest-level mobile associate experience.
• Provides guidance to HR on policy frameworks, processes, benefits, and exceptions.
• Participates in the roll-out of the cross-divisional country frameworks and implement global vendors where there is no relocation policy in place for ILH/IT populations.
• Prepares contract addendum with package details (i.e. cost projections) and initiate vendors.
• Conducts briefing with candidate and maintain ongoing communications.
• Participates in Global Mobility-related projects to ensure continuous improvement of processes and guidelines.
• Coordinates between relocation vendors and mobile associate to ensure smooth processes leading to a seamless end user experience.
• Understands key business issues and challenges in order to support the GM Business Partner with decision making around ILH/IT, and global mobile associates.

Minimum requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
• University degree or High School degree
• Further education in HR preferred Fluent in English (oral & written),
• German desired
• At least two years of experience in Human Resources or international assignment management
• Work experience in international environment/team/global company preferred
• Previous experience in Global Mobility team
