POSITION PURPOSE
Responsible for design and implementation of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Design, implement and maintain IAM requirements for development / testing environment
- Work in close collaboration with Architecture and Operations to integrate new solutions
- Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of solutions required for new projects
- Ensure a high integration of infrastructure/security components
- Help to drive architectural improvements and standardization for the infrastructure/security environments
- Develop and enhance automated processes to release new solutions into the live environment
- Ensure controls are in place for all configuration items and only authorized changes are made for all assets within enterprise IT environment
- Accountable to ensure adherence with Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Engineering service scope

KPIs
Stability of implemented solutions; Cost efficiency; Degree of integration of security / infrastructure landscape; Adherence to SLA; Customer satisfaction; Percentage of downtimes; Maximum downtime (during peak times)

Position will be filled commensurate with experience

EDUCATION: Degree or relevant equivalent experience

EXPERIENCE:
• 3 years Technical, Service Management and Service Delivery experience and ITIL processes
• Experience in at least one (in order of preference):
1. Azure AD, AD, ADFS
2. Oracle Identity Manager
3. Oracle Access Manager
4. Oracle Unified Directory
5. CyberArk Secure Vault
6. Gemalto SafeNet
• Solid understanding of IAM industry controls and governing principles (SOX, GXP, CFR21-11, etc.).
• Experienced working in cross-functional & cross-cultural teams
