Develop, implement and be accountable for product marketing plans of assigned products, namely through the elaboration of the Products Strategy and associated tactical plans, in close collaboration with internal departments, KAMs and sales force, according with Sandoz guidelines, approved budget and strategy, legal and fiscal legislation in force and area defined SOP, in order to optimise profitability, market share and revenue growth both in the short and long term.
Establish the Product Strategy for the assigned products, for superior approval, in line with local standards and corporate strategy, and in collaboration with several internal stakeholders. Perform hospital and biosimilars market analysis, communicate insights to the team, develop segmentation and targeting, establish the product positioning, strategic priorities and develop the financial analysis in collaboration with BPA (Budget definition and Risks and Opportunities analysis), in order to guarantee attainment of all product marketing objectives. Develop, implement and adapt the assigned product tactical plan in line with corporate strategic product objectives, namely by defining actions to be implemented such as participation in congresses and meetings and the development of respective materials and projects as well as by defining, implementing and controlling resources allocation (budget and sales force allocation), as well as performing monthly A&P control with BPA for accuracy, in order to guarantee product strategy implementation, thus contributing to product sales increase. Participate in new products launch processes, namely by performing a thorough market analysis (Risks & Opportunities, Competition, Benchmark analysis), defining the products' Integrated Product Strategy in close collaboration with Market Access, and defining the necessary resources for the new product (budget and sales force), in order to guarantee the success of new products' launch. Monitor the strategy implementation, by accompanying the sales force on the field to gather market and strategy implementation insights, as well as by organising cycle meetings for clear strategy communication and to gather sales force feedback. Develop and maintain durable working relationships with key customers and Key Opinion Leaders, in close alignment with Medical in order to identify market needs and insights on quality and competition, allowing for strategic and tactical adjustments. Perform monthly analysis and forecasts of sales and market trends, namely by monitoring and controlling product performance, incorporating the necessary adjustments in the plan, in order to guarantee optimal forecast accuracy.

Minimum requirements
University Degree in Bachelor in Marketing/Pharmacy
Experience in similar position: 3 to 4 years, ideally hospital products.
Fluency in Portuguese and English
